OUR METHOD
RUN – We will train different energy systems with Running, Rowing, Biking, Rucking and Mixed Modal barbell training. Our goal is to make a complete athlete that can sprint and be explosive, but can also grind out a long endurance session.
LIFT – We will train for the highest level of General Physical Preparedness. Using different strength components and equipment, our goal is to have athletes that are strong, fast, powerful, resilient and can do a wide variety of work across varying time domains. Our athletes are well rounded.
WIN– We train to Win the Moment, Win the Day, Win the Year, Win your local 5k, Win your Obstacle Course Race, Win your Story, Win the life you desire! Make your fitness an asset that helps you achieve your goals.
