Once your program is purchased you will receive confirmation of your purchase via email. Within 1-2 business days you will receive instructions on how to create your account on the mobile app. You will have access to begin training as soon as you confirm your mobile app account.
This is a remote programming package. Any coaching will be done virtually either by email, instant messaging, Skype or phone. Athlete will train at their own facility with their own equipment as guided by the program.
You will have access to the mobile app for a total of 35 days. At the end of 35 days you will either need to purchase a new program cycle or mobile app access will be discontinued. Monthly Subscribers will have access to the mobile app based on their subscription commitment.
