Run Lift Win Performance Training is about making a positive impact on the lives of as many people as possible through the enjoyment and pursuit of physical fitness, supporting healthy lifestyles, pursuing goals and chasing new adventures.

Whatever has motivated you to come this far, you’ve come to the right place and we can help you achieve your goals.

Our training methods start with you, our athlete. Each program is designed to meet you where you are at on your fitness journey, and help you to set and reach new goals. We realize athletes have their own unique experiences, beliefs and goals.

Our training methods will make your fitness an asset. An asset that you can rely on no matter the test. There are few reasons to be burdened by a lack of fitness. 

You don’t have time to workout? We use block programming, so we can get you in and out of each training session on time. 

You don’t have money for the gym? Great, we love at home / garage gym athletes. We’ll help you transform your ideas of what you need from the gym and see that you can train anywhere and achieve amazing results! Forget about long commutes to the gym, difficult to make class times, long-term contracts and time away from your family.

You don’t know where to start? We are here for you. We will teach you to see beyond the sets and reps, and understand your training goals and purpose to each programming cycle. Our custom programming doesn’t end when we deliver your program to you. You have access to your coach for questions, support and accountability. Each training session is delivered right to your mobile device and comes with video demos so you know that you are doing the training correctly and getting the desired results.

We have fun! Training should be fun, and you should be seeing results and seeing progress toward your goals. 

At the core of our training we train for your highest level of general physical preparedness. We are going to make you a well-rounded athlete while focusing in on your specific goals. We are going to make you stronger, faster, powerful, more athletic, more mobile, and more resilient to injury. 

Yes, we’re going to train endurance. Before you say you’re not doing a bunch of long runs let me explain. Endurance can be muscular endurance, strength endurance, power endurance and of course aerobic endurance. If we just trained old-fashioned aerobic endurance we’d be leaving a huge hole in your fitness.

 When you become one of our athlete’s you get access to our mobile app, daily workouts, exercise demo videos, log and track workouts, instant messaging with your coach, coaching calls, video form reviews, special access to our locally held Spartan SGX Boot Camp events and more.

 

How did all this get started?

It took the tragedy of losing a dear friend to cancer to push me to start Run Lift Win Performance Training. I have committed myself to being honest about the fact that helping out others really excites and energizes me. I have committed myself to acknowledging that I enjoy building businesses and the creative process that comes along with starting a new business from scratch. I’ve committed myself to ignoring the naysayers and self-doubt, to push forward with a dream to make a difference in the lives of others in honor of my friend.

In the spring of 2018 began to lay out the plans for how I could build an online business that would reach athlete’s around the world that wanted custom designed fitness training programs delivered directly to them, that achieved results, all at an affordable cost.

As an avid obstacle course race athlete my first step was to get certified as a Spartan SGX Coach through Spartan Race. To further my training skills I also completed the Spartan Obstacle Specialist Coach certification. This really gave me the tools to relate specifically to the needs of an obstacle course race athlete and be able to further customize their programming with the specific needs of OCR in mind.

Next I got my coaching certification with End of Three Fitness/Garage Gym Athlete. End of Three Fitness/Garage Gym Athlete developed my skills for writing training programs, using results based methods, and focusing on the needs of each individual athlete.  

WHO AM I?

My name is Keith Stockwell and I am an athlete, coach and founder of Run Lift Win Performance Training. 

I’m a full-time husband, father, businessman, EO3/Garage Gym Athlete Coach, Spartan SGX Coach and athlete. I’ve competed in team and individual athletics for as long as I can remember, and most recently I’ve taken up obstacle course racing.

I trained for years on my own at the globo gym doing mindless sets and reps, not following any specific plan, not being coached, and ultimately not getting results. Then I spent a handful of years at a local Crossfit box. My fitness improved, but ultimately I continued to get injured and I felt that the programming wasn’t meeting my needs so I left and built my own garage gym. During this time of training on my own I really began to appreciate the opportunity to focus my training on my specific needs. I was no longer constrained by having to follow a general program created for a large group. This is where I affirmed my belief that every athlete should have custom programming that meets them where they are at on their fitness journey, helps them set and achieve new goals, and makes their fitness an asset. 

I currently coach and program for athletes just like you to Run Lift Win! I’m glad you are here and I look forward to hearing from you about how I can help you achieve your goals.
