I found Keith and his programs when I was looking to train for a Spartan Beast (21k ) with obstacles. It was very demanding race and I wanted to be prepared for it. Through his program I crushed it, I flew through obstacles and even had the strength and energy to help my teammates through their burpees.

One of the many reasons I quit training myself and hired a coach was because I had no accountability, and I didn’t know what exercises to do or how to combine them to help me become stronger and achieve my goals.

My goal this year is to do a Spartan Ultra, a 32 mile race with obstalces, and he is working with me one-on-one to help me reach my goal.

I love his program, he actually takes the time to figure out where you are and where you want to go with your exercise goals. His program is sent to you through a mobile app complete with videos. If you want to accomplish your goals, or start new ones don’t hesitate to look him up. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to do a 5k or more, get up and do it! AROO!

Keith pushed me to do more reps and increase the weight on the reps.

His program encouraged me to do more cardio, which helped me get build stamina! He was accommodating throughout the 9-week training program. Thank you always!

I found Keith while looking for an SGX coach to help with my Spartan training, but I really needed help navigating my home gym workouts and providing a program tailored to my specific, complex, and competing goals.

Keith took the time to listened to my desire to run a 1/2 marathon, competing in Tennis, get stronger, get SWOL, and preparing for competition in Obstacle Races. Then I dumped all of my nagging 56 year old injuries he would have to navigate! And, he did it well. I believe his tailored commitment and continuous dialogue is well worth well the price, especially compared to other gyms, coaches and canned programs.

Keith built my program, allowing me to protect injuries and make progress on all my goals. And, more importantly, he constantly modified and tailored it as I made progress or had a setback.

I have seen the results in our tests and in the mirror. I hope to see the results in my next Spartan Race!

In December of 2019 I got started with my first training program through Run Lift Win. I was really struggling to find the motivation to get back up and start from ground zero again after being involved in a bad car accident that summer. Most training programs require a lot of equipment which I didn’t have, or are just the same 4 exercises on repeat every day, and I would lose interest and it would drop out of my daily routine.

As soon as I started the F35 Power program I found it to be unique and fast paced. Every day was something new and challenging, but in the best way possible.  Being part of a team with a coach to check in and provide insight and guidance has been invaluable over the last 14 months.

Over the last year or so I have completed 4 different training programs through Run Lift Win and have seen tremendous improvements with each. I would highly recommend these programs to anyone looking to get/stay in shape.
