CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMS

What is the commitment/contract?

You pay for your program at the time of check-out from the store. There are no recurring charges, no contracts or further commitments. At the conclusion of your training cycle you will need to purchase a new program to continue a new training cycle.

what is your refund policy?

First, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your custom program please discuss it with your coach. We can revise your program at anytime to better fit your needs and goals. If you are still not satisfied with your program we will offer a 100% refund within the first 14 days.

Do you offer a military, law enforcement, first responders discount?

Yes! Raised in a military family I have a profound respect for MIL/LEO/First Responders and their sacrifices. I understand that your fitness is vital to your safety and the safety of everyone you protect. Send an email to support@runliftwin.com and I’ll provide you with details on how to receive a discount code.

What will this training prepare me for?

We will train for the highest level of General Physical Preparedness. Using different strength components and equipment, our goal is to have athletes that are strong, fast, powerful, and resilient and can do a wide variety of work across varying time domains. Our athletes are well rounded.

Can i get sample training?

Yes. Send an email to support@runliftwin.com and request a sample training session and you’ll receive a sample 3 day program free.

I am new to training, can i do this programming?

Yes! The programming is customized to your specific needs and goals. We want to meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you set and achieve new goals through our programming.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?

You can begin training immediately with either our Ignition Switch 7-day on ramp program or our 2-week Benchmark Testing program. You choose! If you have recently tested your 1RM’s for the back squat, deadlift, front squat, strict press and bench press, and you know your mile time then you are probably ready to start on the Ignition Switch program. If you have not tested your benchmarks recently and you are not familiar with your PR’s then it’s best to start on the Benchmark Testing so that we have the best info for creating your custom training program.

Once you complete your purchase for a program you will be sent our Athlete Intake form. The Athlete Intake form allows us to get a clear picture of who you are as an athlete, what your current training looks like, understand any concerns or limitations you may have, and discuss your goals. Since we are coaching you remotely, the Athlete Intake form is an important first step.

Once you complete the Athlete Intake form and return it to us you will be contacted by a coach within 2-3 business days to setup a phone or Skype Coach Call to review your form. This is an opportunity for you and the coach to really get to know each other, and understand your programming goals. Once the coach has a good understanding of what you desire from our programming, your time commitment to training, your access to equipment, and any other factors that could affect your success they will begin building your training program.

You will receive your first week of your custom training program within 5-7 business days following your Coach Call. In the meantime, please select the Ignition Switch program or Benchmark Testing program so that you can start training right away while your custom training program is being created.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE BENCHMARK TESTING?

It depends. If you are new to training or you haven’t tested a number of the benchmarks that we test for our standards, then it’s highly recommended. Accurate benchmarks at the beginning of the program will give us the best opportunity to build a program for you that will get you the results you want. We have a 2-week Benchmark Testing program that is completely free.

If you are regularly training and you have recently tested all or most of the benchmarks this can be discussed with your coach and you can decide if you want to skip the Benchmark Testing program.

DOES THE BENCHMARK TESTING PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD MY PROGRAM PURCHASE?

The Benchmark Testing program is FREE and does not count toward your program time.

HOW LONG DOES THE TESTING WEEK LAST?

The Testing Week can be up to 10 days of training over a two week period.

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT TESTING, I AM NEW TO TRAINING AND NOT SURE IF I CAN PUSH MYSELF?

Everything is customized to the individual athlete, including Testing Week. We will evaluate where you are at in your fitness journey and provide tests that are relevant measures of performance.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TRAINING PROGRAM?

Your program will be delivered to you one week at a time, via mobile app and if you choose by email. You will also receive emails each morning with your training session attached. You also have the option of going online and printing your training sessions.

DO YOU HAVE TUTORIAL VIDEOS?

Yes, we have an extensive library of exercise demos that are provided for with each training session so that you can feel comfortable that you are doing the correct movements and getting the desired stimulus.

WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE TIME TO TRAIN FOR 45-MINUTES, 4 DAYS PER WEEK?

No problem. A lot of our athletes are busy and crunched for time. We use the Block Programming method which allows us to keep you on track during your training sessions and on time!

I NEED TO BE EFFICIENT WITH MY TIME AND IN-AND-OUT OF THE GYM ON TIME!

Understood! We use Block Programming so we’ll always have you in and out of the gym in an hour or less.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

We can program for you no matter what equipment you do or don’t have access to. If you have a pair of comfortable shoes, some workout clothes and some space to move around we can build a custom program suited just for your specific needs. The more equipment you have access to, the more creative we can get.

HOW DO YOU PROGRAM FOR STRENGTH?

We use a lot of different strength methods and principles, but we are firm believers in the science of Prilepin’s Chart. Your specific strength goals will determine how we program strength.

HOW DO YOU PROGRAM FOR ENDURANCE?

We look at the Oxidative, Glycolytic, and Phosphagen energy pathways when programming for what we call ‘Objective Based Conditioning’. We are firm believers that our athletes must posses the foundational strength to effectively train within these different systems, and we have a pay to play requirement. Making sure our athletes are safe and also receiving the desired stimulus is vital to our training.

WILL YOU DO FORM CHECKS IF I SEND YOU A VIDEO?

Yes! We will happily review 1 form check video each week if needed. The simplest way to do a video review of your form is to record the movement pattern from several different angles and upload it to your Youtube page. Send us an email to coach@runliftwin.com with a Subject Line “Form Check Video” and include the link to your Youtube video. One of our coaches will review your video and respond within 3-5 business days.

WHAT IF I NEED TO TAKE A BREAK DUE TO TRAVELING OR OTHER MATTERS?

We understand and we can work with you. If you cannot train at all then we can easily move your program ahead to the next available date that you can start training again. If you just need to take a few days off then discuss it with your Coach and you both can come up with the best solution for you.

HOW DO THE CYCLES WORK?

We program with a 4-week micro-cycle schedule, and each 12-week period being a full meso-cycle. Generally speaking, each 4th week will be a deload week from either the volume or intensity, and may include some spot testing to see how we are progressing. At the end of every 12-week cycle we always re-test.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

What is the MOnthly Membership commitment/contract?

You pay for your membership commitment at the time of check-out from the store. There are no recurring charges, no contracts or further commitments. At the conclusion of your membership commitment period you will need to purchase a new program or membership term to continue training.

When does my monthly membership expire?

The first day of training on your program is the start of your month and the same day the following month will be considered the end of the month.

For Example: First day of training is delivered on the 20th, then the end of the month will be considered the 20th of the following month.

You will receive a notification to purchase your next month of custom programming 15 days prior to the end of the month. A new month can be purchased at any time here at the store. We require 5-7 business days lead time to deliver a new program or to continue a program after subscription renewal.

You will have access to the mobile app for the entirety of the month you paid for. You will need to purchase a new month of programming as described above or your access will be discontinued.

If you purchase a 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month membership the expiration of the membership will work the same, expiring on the same day in 4 months, 7 months or 14 months.

what is your refund policy?

I am new to training, can i do this Type of training?

Yes! Every program is scaleable to fit your abilities and allow you to progress as an athlete. We want to meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you set and achieve new goals through our programming.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE ACCESS?

As soon as your membership purchase is processed, you will receive emails on how to setup your TrueCoach account and join our private Facebook group. Typically this takes 1-2 hours. If you have any concerns just email support@runliftwin.com.

HOW DO I SELECT MY TRAINING PROGRAM?

With a membership you can select any training program in the Membership Vault. Read through the program descriptions and see what fits your training needs. If you still need more help with selecting a program go ahead and email support@runliftwin.com and we will assist in picking a program that matches your goals.

HOW DO I CHANGE PROGRAMS?

Send an email to support@runliftwin.com and we can add you to any new program within the Membership Vault within 24-hours.
