Join your fellow Eagles for a ruck or stroll around the neighborhood surrounding Aviation Park/Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. 

We will meet up at the parking lot at the South end of the track and field and proceed to Ruck/Stroll a loop, which is approximately 2.5 - 3 miles. This loop is ideal for all fitness levels. Beginners, kids, strollers, and dogs are welcome!

**For Eagles interested in joining our GoRuck Star Course 26.2 Mile Team this is a great opportunity to get out and meet, train and prepare. For our team training we will be staying until 8:00PM and adding extra miles.

Please show up 10 minutes before start time. Please wear reflective gear and/or a headlamp as it will be dark and we will be walking around residential areas and crossing streets.
