Here’s What You Can Expect

Training sessions are delivered via our mobile app and email. Each training session comes with instructions and exercise video demos.

This course is a 12-week running program. The running program is customized to each athlete’s needs and ability, and will follow a progression that is appropriate for their goals. This program will consist of 2 – 4 running days per week depending on the athlete’s needs and abilities.

Spartan SGX Simple Running Program includes - Athlete intake and initial phone/skype meeting to discuss athlete’s needs and goals. Includes one weekly 15-minute phone/skype coaching call, as well as unlimited instant messaging via app, and video form reviews. Program is delivered to athlete each week via mobile app as well as email on a weekly and daily basis.

Once your program is purchased you will receive confirmation of your purchase via email. Within 1-3 business days you will be sent via email our Athlete Intake form. The Athlete Intake form allows us to get a clear picture of who you are as an athlete, what your current training looks like, understand any concerns or limitations you may have, and discuss your goals. Since we are coaching you remotely, the Athlete Intake form is an important first step.

Once you complete the Athlete Intake form and return it to us you will be contacted by a coach within 1-3 business days to setup a phone or Skype Coach Call to review your form. This is an opportunity for you and the coach to really get to know each other, and understand your goals. Upon the concluding your Coach Call you will receive your Spartan SGX Simple Running Program in the app with a start date of your choosing.

If you are a beginner runner and do not have any measurable running stats, then the first week of training will include some tests to assess your current level of fitness so that your program meets you where you are at and has an appropriate level of stimulus to progress you toward your goals.

This is a remote programming package. Any coaching will be done virtually either by email, Skype or phone. Athlete will train at their own facility with their own equipment as guided by the program. This program is best suited for individuals with access to safe roads and trails to run on, and also treadmill. The program can be modified to substitute when training equipment is not available or weather conditions present an obstacle to the training session.

You will have access to the mobile app for a total of 90 days. At the end of 90 days you will either need to purchase a new program cycle or mobile app access will be discontinued.

Exercise substitutions can be recommended if you lack the equipment or ability to perform any particular exercise.
